I have been a running fanatic since university and was referred to Louis who has the reputation in getting you into PB race shape, which is exactly what I have achieved. His sessions are always very dynamic so there is never a dull moment training with Louis and I always leave feeling invigorated.
Training with Louis is a completely different level, and I believe he is amongst the best in the business. Louis has helped me progress my strength and conditioning immensely by structuring detailed programmes to tackle areas that were previously weak with stabilisation and mobility exercises.
Furthermore, my running programme was restructured by incorporating developmental lactic threshold sessions. These have enabled me to run faster and much more efficiently by improving my biomechanics during this process.
